1. Who we are

Pioneer Planning (the "App") and the pioneer-planning.com website are published by Protosoft, 20 Bis rue des Noyers, 95200 Sarcelles, France (SIREN 510 859 853), which acts as data controller under the GDPR. Contact: contact@pioneer-planning.com.

2. Your data stays on your device

Everything you enter in the App (hours, goals, reports, notes, settings) is stored only on your device. The App has no account and no server: we never receive this data and cannot access or recover it.

A backup is a file that you export yourself and share wherever you choose. Uninstalling the App erases its data.

3. What the App sends

The App uses the following Google Firebase services. They never receive what you enter in the App.

  • Firebase Crashlytics: crash reports (device model, system and App version, technical error details) to fix bugs.
  • Firebase Analytics: aggregate usage statistics (screens viewed, features used) to improve the App.
  • Firebase Remote Config: downloads settings that adjust the App's behaviour without an update.

4. This website

pioneer-planning.com uses Google Analytics to measure audience (pages viewed, traffic sources). No advertising features are enabled. These cookies are only set with your consent, which you can give, refuse or withdraw at any time via the site's cookie banner, or with this button:

If you write to us, we use your email only to reply.

5. Retention and transfers

  • Analytics data (App and website): up to 14 months.
  • Crash reports: up to 90 days.
  • Support emails: as long as needed to handle your request.

Google may process this data outside the European Union, under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

6. Your rights

You can request access to, correction or erasure of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to contact@pioneer-planning.com. We reply within 30 days. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr), the French data protection authority.

7. Changes

We will update this page, and its date, whenever our practices change.
