Migration from Field Service Report
It was renamed Pioneer Planning. On Google Play it was republished as a new listing, so the old one no longer appears and no longer updates. On iPhone and iPad only the name changed.

No. The App Store listing is unchanged, so the app updated itself to the new name.
Yes, and that is the safest order: install Pioneer Planning, import your backup, check one month at random, then remove the old app.
Backups and changing phone
Only on your phone, in the app's own database. There is no account and no server, so nothing can be recovered from our side.
In the old app: Settings → Local backup → Export Backup. In Pioneer Planning: Settings → the backup section → the export button. Both produce a file named backup_reports.fbs.
Open the backup_reports.fbs file from your email or Files app and choose to open it with Pioneer Planning. Importing replaces everything already in the app.
The app only reads files it exported itself. A .mabackup file from Ministry Assistant, a .bkr file or a renamed file will not be recognised.
The data cannot be recovered. It never left the device and we hold no copy. Search your email and Google Drive for backup_reports.fbs before giving up.
Yes, the file format is the same on both.
Hours, minutes and goals
That is the carry-over option. Leftover minutes at the end of a month are added to the next one. Turn it off in Settings → Report.
LDC, Bethel, assemblies and similar. They are counted separately, and the app applies a 55-hour monthly cap automatically.
You can set one, but if the sum of your twelve monthly goals is higher, that sum is used instead. Lower the monthly goals to lower the year.
In the yearly view, use “Apply same goal to every month of the year”.
Sending the monthly report
Open the Month view and use Send report. The app builds a text you can send by WhatsApp, SMS or email.
Settings → Report → tick Hide publications. Videos, return visits and the ministry timer can be hidden the same way.
It does not. The app only prepares the text; you choose who to send it to.
Languages, themes and privacy
It is translated into 43 languages and follows your phone's language.
Yes, it is available at no cost on Google Play and the App Store.
No. Your entries stay on the device. The app does use Firebase Crashlytics and Analytics for crash reports and aggregate usage.
