Carried-over minutes and credit hours

Two behaviours surprise people often enough that they get reported as bugs. Both are options, and both can be turned off.

Minutes that appear on their own

At the end of a month, minutes that do not add up to a full hour can be carried into the next month rather than lost. That is why a fresh month can already show a few minutes.

The option is in Settings → Report, on the line Minutes are automatically added to next month. Clear the checkbox and nothing is carried over any more.

What credit hours are

Credit hours cover time such as LDC, Bethel or assembly work. They are entered on their own line so they never mix with your ordinary ministry hours.

You can choose whether they count towards your goal: Settings → Report → Include credit hours (LDC, Bethel, ..).

The 55-hour cap

When credit hours are included in the calculation, the app applies a monthly ceiling of 55 hours automatically. You do not have to work it out yourself, and entering more does not push the total past the cap.

Only if you enable it in Settings → Report. Otherwise they are tracked but kept out of the calculation.

You can record them, but the cap limits what is counted towards the goal.
